Coach Dosmond is accredited under National Registry of Coach (NROC) level 1, Level 2 Federation International Gymnastics (FIG) MAG Coach

He started his journey with gymnastics at the age of 6 and continued on to join local and international competition representing his school and Singapore when he joined the national program from 2005-2009 and has started coaching gymnastics ever since.

He has also participated in Cheerleading in his Polytechnic year and became the captain of the cheer squad from 2010-2013. He was skills recognized by the association and was invited to represent Team Singapore at 2012 Cheerleading International Asia Open (CIAO) in Japan.

He has continued to help build the cheerleading program in Republic Polytechnic as an assistant Coach while working Full- time as a Gymnastics Coach at local clubs and local schools.
